Microgreen Sunflower

Sunflower green consist of long white to yellow shoots, slightly thinner than that of a bean sprout, capped with two bright green leaves. Sunflower green offers a refreshing crunch and a slightly nutty flavour with nuances of lemon and almond. Sunflower Microgreens share the same delectable and sweet flavour as sunflower seeds. Their thick stems and succulent leaves give an audible crunch when eaten fresh.
