Baby potatoes are typically 3-7 centimetres long. Like its mature counterpart, Baby potatoes are cylindrical and oblong in shape with a slightly flattened appearance. There are several light and dark brown sports covering its sandy textured skin. The bright white flesh is crisp and firm. When cooked, Baby potatoes have a sweeter flavour then larger potatoes. It is also buttery with an earthy undertone.
